FLOWER 17- POTOMAC – s/t do7″ Crazy Hardcore in the emoway with screaming vocals. The first time i heard this it reminded me of bands like HEROIN, ICONOCLAST, ASSFACTOR 4, MEREL. Yup, the old GRAVITY or EBULLITION school! The vocalist sometimes sounds like Andreas from ABC DIABOLO. Double 7″ with 22 min. playtime. |  |

FLOWER 15- SEVEN DAYS OF SAMSARA / DESTROYER split 7″ 7 DAYS coming from the US play Emo HC with a metal influence, sometimes it reminded me of bands like DRAGBODY. DESTROYER from Germany play real nice old old school. they sent me a promo for a show some time ago and i loved it so much that i had to call him and talk about a release. HC in the ’83-vein and no metal here, no shit production, tho! if you like bands like DYS, FU’s, JERRY KIDS, REAGAN YOUTH etc. you’ll love Destroyer! |   |

FLOWER 13- STACK – Konkret Lichtgeschwindigkeit 10″ / Complete Discography CD (splitrel. w/ six weeks + scorched earth policy) This time in the studio STACK recorded all their previously unreleased material and some re-recorded songs from older records. All in all 17 minutes of the typical STACK mayhem with superbrutal sound! The CD version is also a complete discography which includes the 10″, the split 7″s with SEEIN RED / CAPITALIST CASUALTIES / CAROL / NARSAAK, their own 6″ and the „Mondonervaktion“ 7″ + various compilation tracks. |  |

FastFastFastCore!!!!!! H.I.T: German brutal metal-hardcore like MÖRSER or CHEERLEDERS OF THE ACPOCOLYPSE, but sometimes goes a bit REVERSAL OF MAN. With female/male voices, but no one can hear the difference. |  |

FLOWER 8- PHILLIPPÉ – the essence in numbers CD / LP These were the last recordings before they splited up. It´s a bit more rock than on the 7″es, but still good! This is the official cd-version of the LP on Hombre-Lobo-Rec. There is a remix of a song which has been only in org. on the cd (not on the vinyl). Also there are two extra songs that should have been on tape-compilations and 3 extra songs from the recording-session for the 7″ and split 7″, that haven’t been released so far. |  |
FLOWER 7- PRONE 10″ Three members/ex-member of Stack. All three do vocals and it’s a mix of the best punk and metalriffs you ever heard. Sometimes influenced by Discordance Axis and sometimes by Seein Red or bands like that. But they also try to add their own new ideas and a lot of noisy parts. Can´t say more than I think it’s the most brutal band on earth!!!!! |  |

FLOWER 4- DIAVOLO ROSSO / Y split 7″ That Diavolo Rosso songs are much faster than the songs from the 7″ and the demo. Now with only one guitar and with the drummer of Stack. Sometimes it sounds like the crustparts of Dropdead with the voice of Deformed Conscience. Y- is so fucking great on that 7″. The sound is the best they ever had (same studio like Mörser/Systral/Carol/…..), and the drums like a machine with so many crazy break and ideas. Sometimes it reminds of Spazz, but with more brutal sound. |  |
FLOWER 3- UNIVERSAL / PHILLIPPÉ split 7″ That´s the best Phillippé songs ever – at least in my mind. The bass-sound is so brutal in a ratio of the DC-sound of the rest, but it´s really cool. The Universal stuff is from the same session as the 7″ – please look up the review for deteails. | |
